What can change the final number
- Longer programs. The $3,000 offer covers a six-hour shift — and one to six hours costs the same, because the engineering prep is identical. Additional hours are quoted as an extension.
- Branding & customization. The standard bar is white with Spacelab livery. Wraps, custom colors, logos, and decor are quoted on top — that’s how the Lancôme activation in Big Sur got its custom look.
- Delivery beyond Los Angeles. Delivery inside LA is included in the offer; venues beyond LA are quoted separately by distance. The robot itself needs only a standard 20-amp outlet and fits through a normal door at 33 inches wide.
What’s always included
Every rental is turnkey: delivery, 1-hour install by two technicians, custom 3D-printed grips made for your exact bottles and glassware, pre-programmed pours, a robotics engineer plus assistant operating the entire event, and teardown. You provide the drinks and glassware (through your caterer) — we never sell alcohol.
